Can

We offer free design service to our customers, whether
zipper or puller, our professional design team could offer
you design graph based on your idea. Here is how ESO's
Help Desk can help.
1. Send, fax and email us your sketch or product
reference.We will handle the rest for you.
2. Provide your design ideas,
we will make things happen.
3. Need new designs? Let ESO
Design Team handle the problems.We will provide you our
seasonal new designs on the project bases. Just ask, we
will be there*.
After
reviewing your request, our design team will work with
you closely during the developing stage. First of all,
designer will fine-tune either sketch or the rough ideas.
In the meantime, designer would have to check with AutoCAD
technician and production workers constantly to make
sure the design is do-able. Next, you will be receiving
the ideas rendered in Photoshop. They are good for the
presentation. Furthermore, we also provide free molding
service. Each new season, we would provide a collection
of newly developed items. Our designer would visit the
customer when needed. We make your new product development
process as easy and convenient as you would expect.

| Manufacturing |
| With our worldwide team effort, ESO continues
to grow in scope and professionalism. We are proud of
our full vertical integration. ESO has fully equipped
production lines for tape weaving and dyeing, as well
as forming and gapping. In addition to regular production
jobs, our Help Desk can help you with research, customization
and new puller and slider design. Our technicians are
always ready to support you on slider mold making, puller
sampling, slider die-casting and puller injection. We
are also proud of our fully equipped lab, and when it
comes to restricted quality control our team wins the
crown. We have a comprehensive QC lab, with the same QC
test equipments as SGS such as Crock Meter , Launder Ometer,
Mother Care needle detector, Zipper testing machine, Data
Color "Spectra Flash",Macbeth Spectralight Light
Box etc. The test items include all kinds strength test,
color fastness to rub/ sweat/ light with the standard
that can meet ASTM & BS standards. Also, we can pass
all YKK standards. We complete all the processes in our
own factory, which enhances our competitiveness by providing
fast delivery, full quality control, competitive pricing,

We
are ISO 9001 2000 certified. We are the first zipper company
in Far East to be awarded ISO 9002. We were awarded OEKO-TEX
in 2002 and maintain annual renew.
Our Test Standard: Our internal standard is more strict
than both ASTM and BS standards, which applies to following
process:
IQC--quality inspection while we buy in materials
IPQC--To make sure the production follows
the SOP
FQC--inspect the finished products with MIL-STD-105D
standard
OQA--To assure the goods to be delivered correspond
to customer's requirement Instrument Calibration--Manage
and calibrate the instruments twice a year
Customer Feedback Team--To deal with problem reflected
by customers, coordinated by VP that could solve the
company-level problems.
